This is my first year growing broccoli raab/rapini and oh my goodness, it is amazing! I don’t know how it tastes yet, haha, but it sure is pretty to look at in the garden and will be a yearly regular just for that purpose if for nothing else. What the heck am I supposed to do with it?

WOW ! Looks you have got the green thumb bloodlines from the Monroe’s !!
I thought I had a good garden. After seeing yours I thnk I will throw rocks at mine! Ha Ha I don’t know what tot do with your Raab. I will Google it and find out.
Wikipedia said that is used like a mustard green or turnip greens. So…try cooking them with a little garlic & lemon juice..Bon Appitite !
I haven’t tried cooking them with garlic and butter, but I did throw some into a soup and it was good. It is a little bitter, but mixed in with the soup we couldn’t really tell. I still need to try the frittata and the Asian noodle side dish with fish. I’ll let you know how that goes soon.
