The new garden is all planted!

On Saturday, I was getting ready to figure out what seeds were going to go where and I tweaked my back.  So, my wonderful family, after much coaxing, planted the whole thing because I couldn’t bend over at all. Thanks, family!

Here is the list of what I/they planted:

Romanesco Italia Broccoli

Calabrese Green Sprouting Broccoli

Michihli Cabbage (Chinese cabbage)

Violetta Italia Cauliflower

Rapini

Snowball Self-Blanching Cauliflower

Rainbow Swiss Chard

Dwarf Siberian Kale

Tatsoi (like bok choy)

Parsley Giant of Italy

Onion-Flat of Italy

Thai Dill

Rouge D’Hiver Lettuce

Red Romaine Lettuce

Little Gem Lettuce

Sugar Ann Snow Peas

Little Finger Carrots

Cosmic Purple Carrots

Atomic Red Carrots

Bull’s Blood Beets

Golden Beets

Now, I just have to keep it wet 24/7 for the next couple of weeks until the seeds start sprouting.  That will be no easy task.
