I picked my first head of broccoli today and it was taaaasty.  My 4 and 2 year old ate so much that when I turned around I had to make them stop and leave some for me.  For some reason, broccoli straight out of the garden does taste better even though you would think that it was all in my head because I grew it myself.  I have to think different, though, when I look on in amazement watching my little kids gobbling it up and fighting over it like it was the last Krispy Kreme doughnut.  Man, I miss those.
