On Saturday, Dylan and I worked our tails off digging up some of my dirt. I haven’t dug anything into it for over a year so my dirt was really hard…sorry dad, I couldn’t use my fork, although I love the fork. I piled on about 6 inches of leftover horse manure, grass and whatever else I had thrown into my compost pile and then we dug it in.
Squeakers lounged on the grass and watched.
When we finished, I planted some okra seeds. My seed is 2 years old so I hope something comes up.
Now, that was relaxing…
