Tada! We have baby okra plants popping up today. I’m so surprised!

hellllllllllllllllp………
I’m in Sahuarita……(from Penna where there is black dirt with worms and less varmints)……………literally enclosed a compound 10×16…..block up two layers, covered with screen matl…….rebar bent to conestoga look and covered with shade cloth………FINALLY figured out how to keep the critters out (tule fabric at the door flap) and the rest of any entrances sewn shut…..
Have some tomato plants with blossoms…….they are left from being eaten down earlier……have a few flowers……I took one little bee and contained him and the blossoms inside a jar…….he did his thing……….think this will work?
I notice that my Tepari beans seems light green in color……and spindly…..as if the shade cloth might be cutting back too much light………what dya’ think?
Just don’t know spit about self pollinating……….and from what source……..not sure the bee trick worked……..he was sure happy to get out!
If you can comment, I thank you in advance………..regards……..Mimi Ellison
